Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
This policy explains what information the daily needs handles when you browse, order goods, book services, make payments, contact support or use a customer app.
01
Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to the daily needs website, customer app, ordering, account, delivery, service-booking, support and notification features offered in India.
We determine why customer information is used for these services. Independent vendors, providers and payment partners may also process limited information under their own legal duties and privacy terms.
02
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created by your orders and limited technical information needed to run and secure the service:
- name, phone number, email address and verified account identifiers;
- delivery or service address, landmark, saved addresses and precise location pin when you choose to share it;
- basket, order, booking, delivery, refund, wallet and customer-support history;
- payment method, amount, status, Razorpay order or payment identifiers and bank transaction references, but not full card details, UPI PINs or banking passwords;
- session, device, app version, push token, security, error and basic request data required for login, fraud prevention and reliable operation.
03
How we use information
We use customer information only where needed to provide, protect and improve the service, meet legal duties or act on your request:
- create and fulfil orders, assign vendors or riders, arrange appointments and calculate delivery availability;
- authenticate accounts, save addresses, provide order history, issue wallet credit and prevent fraud or misuse;
- process and reconcile payments, cancellations and refunds and keep tax, accounting and dispute records;
- send transactional updates by app notification, email, phone or WhatsApp and respond to support requests.
04
Payments and Razorpay
When you choose Razorpay Checkout, payment information is submitted to Razorpay and the relevant bank, card network or UPI participant. Their systems process the payment under their own privacy and security obligations. We receive the result and transaction identifiers needed to confirm, reconcile or refund the order.
We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or one-time bank authentication code. Never send those credentials to our support team.
07
Retention
We keep account and operational data while your account is active or while needed to provide orders, support, wallet history and dispute handling. Payment, invoice, tax, fraud and transaction records may be kept longer where Indian law, banks or payment partners require it.
When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it using reasonable operational processes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until routine overwrite.
08
Your choices and deletion
You may ask to access, correct or delete account information, withdraw optional consent, or raise a privacy concern through Contact Us. We may verify the request using the registered phone or email before acting.
The Delete Account page explains the request steps and which legal or transaction records must be retained. Deleting an account does not erase records that we must keep for tax, payment, fraud, safety or dispute purposes.
09
Security
We use encrypted network connections, restricted administrative access, signed sessions, payment-signature verification and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your phone, email and one-time login codes, and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
10
Children, updates and complaints
The service is not directed to children under 18 acting independently. A parent or legal guardian must place an order or booking for a minor and provide any required personal information.
We may update this policy when services, providers or law change. The revised date will appear above. Contact customer support with privacy questions or complaints; include the registered phone or email but never payment passwords or PINs.
